You must be 18 years or older to apply and be a legal United States citizen. This business opportunity is for workers who have joined Sartin Enterprises (AKA) Victoria Staffing Agency (VSA), an Arise Virtual Solutions Partner, to service Arise clients. All Applicants are contractors with Sartin Enterprises are considered self-employed and are responsible for paying their own taxes. Contractors are responsible for providing their own equipment and necessities needed for their home office before beginning work.
All Applicants must pass a background check before being accepted. All Applicants must also pass a Voice Assessment Test and complete and pass several course requirements before beginning work.
If accepted as a Team Member of VSA, you will be paid semi-monthly by direct deposit. Pay amount depends on the client that you choose to service (average $9-$24/hour). Arise does not pay for CSP's time spent training or in mandatory meetings. Payment is ONLY issued for time spent servicing clients.
The Arise service fee of $19.75 and VSA Staffing administration fee of 17.50 will be charged each pay period. These are two separate, unrelated charges. No taxes will be taken from your pay. All other fees, including background check and Client Certification are charged by Arise Virtual Solutions. VSA Staffing has no control over fees charged by Arise. All CSPs must pay these fees and comply with Arise's rules and terms of service.

ALL CSPs are responsible for selecting their own hours to work in 30 minute increments to make it easy and convenient to take off when needed. In most cases, CSPs are required to work 15 to 20 hours per week; some clients require you to service 4 to 5 of those hours on the weekend. Schedules can be selected a week or two in advanced.
Sponsorship/Self Sponsored (Pay):
If an Applicant cannot afford to pay fees and elects to get sponsored, the Applicant will be subject to a detailed pre-background check, professional references check and a telephone interview to determine eligibility. Only a select few will be chosen each enrollment period. Sponsored CSPs must comply with these terms of service and the signed contract agreement. ALL CSPs are paid EXACTLY what the client pays. Sponsored applicants must agree to a 10% administration fee. Sponsorship Applicants must sign a contract that states that the applicant cannot transfer or become their own IBO until the required 90 day period has passed or the Applicant will be responsible for reimbursing all fees paid by VSA plus a breach of contract fee as well as interest charges and other fees which as disclosed in detail in the contract agreement.
If the Applicant is terminated by Arise, the Applicant will no longer be able to work for VSA as all client and assignments are contracted via Arise. Applicants may be terminated by VSA at any time for any reason without prior notice. If you decide that you would like to resign from this contract with VSA we ask that you give at least 7 days prior written notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are a Sponsored VSA, you will be permitted to give a termination notice after 90 days or servicing without penalty. If you are a sponsored VSA that is terminated by Arise, you will be responsible to repaying all fees paid for your sponsorship immediately and agree that this amount can be deducted from your pay.

You agree that you are a legal United States citizen and able to work in the United States. You also authorize VSA use the information entered on your application to set-up your account with the Arise Network if necessary. You understand that after your account is set-up with the Arise Network you will receive an email with your log-in details and additional instructions to complete the Admission process.These terms of service may be changed by VSA and it's representatives at anytime without notice and applies to all CSPs sub-ncontracted with VSA.
